Ingredients:
For the Fruit Salad:
- 1 apple, diced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 6-8 strawberries, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Any other fruits you love (optional)
For the Dressing:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 5-6 dates, pitted
- 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
For Garnish:
- A handful of mixed dried fruits (raisins, almonds, pistachios, etc.)
Instructions:
- Prepare the fruits: Wash, peel, and chop all the fruits (apple, banana, strawberries, kiwi, etc.). Set them aside in a large bowl.
- Make the avocado-date dressing:
- Blend the avocado, dates, and milk until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Assemble the salad:
- Pour the avocado-date milk dressing into a large bowl.
- Gently place the cut fruits on top, making sure they are evenly distributed.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle dried fruits (like almonds, pistachios, or raisins) over the top for extra texture and crunch.
- Serve and enjoy:
